What this is and is not

It is a shortcut, not a decision.

Seven answers cannot know your file. What they can do is stop you scrolling a portal that shows you every house in Mecklenburg County and start you in three places that fit what you said. Mike takes it from there, and on the first call he is as likely to talk you out of one of them as into it.

  • Nothing is stored. Your answers stay in this browser tab. There is no form, no tracking pixel on the answers, and no list you have been added to.
  • The searches are live. Each result opens Mike Canopy MLS-powered search, filtered to the area and the range you picked. What you see is what is on the market now.
  • Mike does not rank schools, safety or who lives anywhere. That is the Fair Housing Act, not caution. School assignment is confirmed with the district own locator against the exact parcel.
  • No price is quoted anywhere on this page. The range you pick filters a live search. It is not used to tell you what an area costs, because that number moves weekly and only the MLS knows it.
