These are the ones Mike introduces clients to, plus the supply list so nobody spends a Saturday hunting for boxes.

Carolina Realty Advisors is a real estate brokerage. It does not organize closets, carry furniture or install alarm systems. What it does is make the introduction, sequence it against your closing date, and stay on it until each one is done.
Step by Steppe
Professional home organizing in Charlotte. This is the one you book before the photographer, not after the movers. Sorting, decluttering and staging prep on the sell side; unpacking into a system that survives month two on the buy side. For downsizing and 55+ moves it is the single highest-leverage hire on the list — forty years of a house does not sort itself in a weekend.

ADT
Alarm, cameras and monitoring set up in the first week rather than the third month. Worth saying plainly: a monitored system is the part people schedule late, and the empty-house window between closing and moving in is exactly when it matters. Rekey the doors the day you get the keys either way — that one is not optional and it is the thing nearly everybody forgets.

Everything a move needs, grouped the way you will actually use it.
Eight bundles, in the order you need them. Open one and it lands on Amazon with the whole group searched at once, so it goes into a basket in a couple of minutes instead of an afternoon. Buy the lot, buy one bundle, or buy none of it and get it from Reign locally.
Moving day kit

Assorted moving boxes, a tape gun that does not jam, bubble wrap, packing paper, stretch wrap, a box cutter, markers, furniture sliders, moving blankets and tie-down straps.
Kitchen pack

Dish barrels, cell dividers, foam pouches and plate protectors. Glassware is the single most-broken category in a move and it is almost always a packing problem, not a handling one.
Fragile, art and screens

Picture and mirror boxes, corner protectors, foam sheets and a proper television carton. A TV in a duvet is a claim waiting to be filed.
Wardrobe and closets

Wardrobe cartons so the closet moves without folding, garment bags, and vacuum bags for whatever is out of season.
Totes and long-term storage

Clear stackable totes for the things that go straight into the garage or the attic, a label maker, and shelf liner.
Cleaning and turnover

A caddy, microfiber, a mop, magic erasers, heavy-duty sacks and shop towels. Sellers: this is the list that gets the deposit or the walk-through signed off.
First night box

Toilet paper, a shower curtain, towels, sheets, chargers, a nightlight, a basic tool kit and a first aid kit. Packed last, carried in the car, opened first.
Locks, cameras and smoke

Rekeying on the day you get the keys is the thing nearly everybody forgets. A smart deadbolt, a doorbell camera, door and window sensors, smoke and CO alarms, an extinguisher and a small safe.

How it runs
The order matters more than the list does.
- Six to four weeks out. Organizing first. Every box you do not pack is a box you do not pay to move, and on the sell side the declutter happens before photographs.
- Four weeks out. Movers booked. Good crews in Charlotte are gone three to four weeks ahead in the busy months, and the last-minute option is always the expensive one.
- Three weeks out. Supplies delivered. Order once, not five times.
- Closing week. Security and rekeying scheduled for the day of possession, not the week after.
- Move week. First night box packed last and carried in your own car.
- The fortnight after. Unpacking into a system, so month two does not look like week one.
