Carolina Realty Advisors is a brokerage. It does not organize closets, carry furniture or install alarm systems. What it does is make the introduction, sequence it against your closing date, and stay on it until each one is done. These three are the ones we use, and the referral runs in both directions.

Step by Steppe
Professional home organizing in Charlotte. Booked before the photographer on the sell side, and for unpacking into a system that survives month two on the buy side. On a downsizing or a 55+ move it is the highest-leverage hire on the list, because forty years of a house does not sort itself in a weekend.

Reign Moving Solutions
Charlotte movers doing residential, long distance, and full packing and unpacking. They also sell moving supplies directly, so if you would rather buy local than order a box kit online, they are the first call.

Alarm, cameras and monitoring, set up in the first week rather than the third month. The empty-house window between closing and moving in is exactly when it matters, and it is the item people schedule late. Rekey the doors the day you get the keys either way.

What happens after you send one
- The client lands on this page and is tagged to you. The tag persists in their browser while they look around the site.
- They call, text or use the assistant. The referral source travels with the enquiry.
- Mike takes the call himself. Every consequential decision on a Carolina Realty Advisors file is the broker-owner’s.
- You get told what happened, either way. A referral that does not close still gets an answer.
How the tracking actually works
Written down, so nobody has to take it on trust.
- Leads we send out. Every partner link on this page carries a campaign tag identifying Carolina Realty Advisors and which partner it points at, plus a reference code the client can quote on the phone. Partners running analytics see us as the source; partners who are not can still match the code.
- Leads they send in. Each partner has a unique inbound link. The referral source is captured on arrival and stays with the visitor while they use the site.
- What is not built yet. Automatic write-back into the CRM, and closed-loop reporting, both need the GoHighLevel inbound webhook and a GA4 container. Neither exists on this site today. Until they do, the codes and the inbound links are the record, and the log is kept by hand.
