Part A — SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program name and operator

The program is Carolina Realty Advisors Client Messaging, operated by Carolina Realty Advisors, Mike Sposato, Broker-Owner, 1001 East Blvd, Suite B, Charlotte, NC 28203.

Program description — what we send

When you opt in, we send text messages related to your real estate inquiry and transaction. That includes:

• Replies to inquiries you submit through this website, our web chat or by phone
• Showing and consultation scheduling, confirmations and reminders
• New listing alerts and price changes matching the search criteria you gave us
• Status updates during an active purchase or sale — offers, deadlines, inspections, closing
• Occasional market updates for the areas you asked about

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by texting us first at (704) 396-4078, or by giving us written consent. The consent box is never pre-selected, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, service or good from us.

How to opt out — STOP

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message telling you that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will send you no further texts through this program. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. To rejoin, text START or opt in again through a form on this website.

Supported carriers

The program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile and their affiliates. Carrier support may change without notice, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.
