- What this housing stock usually gives up at inspection, and what those findings cost to fix

Why representation matters at all
The listing agent works for the seller. The on-site agent at a new construction community works for the builder. Somebody has to be reading the file on your side of the table, and in most transactions that costs you nothing directly.
